Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

At MB Skincare Salon, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your skincare arrives safely and beautifully.

Shipping

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Complimentary shipping is available on orders of $250 or more.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

MB Skincare Salon is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Local Doorstep Delivery

We are pleased to offer convenient local doorstep delivery within approximately 25 miles of Stamford, Connecticut.

Complimentary local delivery on orders of $250+
$15 local delivery on orders under $250
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 2 PM, subject to availability

Select Local Delivery at checkout when available. Once your order is placed, we will contact you if necessary to coordinate delivery.

You may also call or text us to place an order and arrange local delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and shipping materials so we can assist you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and notify us as soon as possible.

MB Skincare Salon cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
